The oldest of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters and “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star, Kourtney Kardashian, 41, explained her keto diet tips and recipes that help with her incredible body physique.
On-screen diva, Kourtney Kardashian runs a website named “Poosh” where she shares details of different routines from skincare to workout to diet.
All are centered on making a woman glow and help maintain a chic and youthful appearance. Her recent topic on the site was strictly keto meals which she claims has been responsible for keeping her “on track.”
Kourtney, a public and popular figure due to her famous family and their reality show, is very interested in investing in her health and beauty.
The discussion which was on “Poosh” was headlined, “THE KETO HACKS That Keep Me on Track.” She began by saying:
“I wanted to start summer feeling (and looking) my best. So I decided to go back to keto for a second time…been on it for three weeks now. I wanted to share how I stay on track.”
The 41-year-old admitted that everything seems easy at the starting point of a keto plan until one is met with the decision to be disciplined enough to maintain it.
Keto diet has always been her go-to place for a healthier lifestyle and fantastic body, Kourtney has also put in efforts to working out.
Kourtney, a mother of three, explained that her schedule is sometimes very tight as she has several responsibilities, which may come in between her diet.
Now that she took up the keto diet after previously slacking, she is willing to see it through. This decision has been a game-changer and motivation for her.
The reality TV show actress maintained that there had been the inclusion of fruits and vegetables in her meals but that earlier in the month, a contracted chef made a brilliant keto dish that was delicious and not dairy-free.
The “Poosh” owner continued by expressing the challenges she faces and how she overcomes them. For her, being around people who are not on a keto diet makes it harder, so she busies herself with sipping tea especially when others are gunning down desserts.
She advised that for a better and quicker result, intermittent fasting before meals do the trick. According to her: “Intermittent fasting is the best way to see results from your keto efforts, especially if you’re committing to the diet for the month.”
Age nor motherhood has nothing on the celebrity who is still trimmed and has a flat stomach and a fabulous physique. She has shared shots of her toned abs and has proved that life does begin at 40.
Though the keto diet has always been her go-to place for a healthier lifestyle and fantastic body, Kourtney has also put in efforts to working out.
These workout routines are relatively simple and the 41-year-old never misses a day even when she is away on vacation.
